The Cytodelics Dry Storage Buffer (drySTR) is designed to preserve cells in a dry state so that they can be stored and shipped at room temperature. It is designed to be used together with the Cytodelics Whole Blood Fix/Lyse Kit or the Cytodelics PBMC Fixation Kit, where the cells are first fixed, then transferred to a glass slide and dried. The cells can then be rehydrated later and analyzed with flow- or mass cytometry.
